Return Policy – Trading Ape

1. General
This return policy applies to all B2B orders placed with Trading Ape. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

2. Custom-Made Products
All custom-made products, including but not limited to private label items, custom designs, and personalized packaging, are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production has started.
After artwork approval and/or order confirmation, the order is considered final.

3. Standard Products
For non-customized products, a return request may be submitted within 7 days after delivery, provided that:

  • The products are unused and undamaged
  • The original packaging is intact
  • The products are suitable for resale

Returns are only accepted after written approval from Trading Ape.

4. Production and Quality Tolerances
As our products are manufactured in bulk through international production partners, the following tolerances apply:

  • A deviation of up to ±3% in quantity is considered acceptable
  • Minor variations in color, finish, or material fall within production tolerances

These do not qualify for returns or claims.

5. Damage and Defects
Any damage or defects must be reported within 5 working days after delivery, including:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the defect
  • Order number

If the claim is valid, Trading Ape will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the products
  • Provide a partial credit
  • Or offer an appropriate solution

6. Transport and Delivery
Any damage occurring during transport must be reported to the carrier upon delivery.
If transport was arranged by Trading Ape, we will assist in handling the claim.

7. Return Costs
Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. No Consumer Rights
As Trading Ape operates exclusively on a B2B basis, consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.
